What To Expect
Prices are dependent upon the team member performing the service. Education and growth with our company determine the level of pricing for each team member.
As a courtesy to our service providers and guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before next appointment can be scheduled.
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This will enable you time to check in, relax and unwind.
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying our next client, your treatment time will end at the specified time regardless of how late you arrive or you may choose to reschedule.
For your enjoyment and to prevent discomfort to fellow customers, children are not allowed in the spa/salon unless they are receiving treatments themselves.Cell Phones
As a courtesy to all of our guests and technicians and in order to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that cell phones, pagers, and electronic games be turned off or put on vibrate.
What to Wear
When receiving body treatments or spray tanning, you may bring an old bathing suit or an old set of undergarments for your personal comfort. Please bring sandals if you will be receiving a pedicure.
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to its fullest. Whether it is the amount of massage pressure or the volume of music...just ask us!
Jewelry and Valuables
Please leave such items at home. While there are lockers available in the spa, Gloss Salon does not assume any liability for personal items.
Gloss Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
All services are performed by licensed professionals. We observe the strictest of sanitation in order to protect our clients and our employees. Consultations for all services are free of charge unless otherwise stated. Walk-ins are welcome, but to ensure availability of services it is recommended you schedule your appointment well in advance of your visit. Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice.
Using Check/Debit Cards
Please be aware that if you use a check/debit card, the credit card processor with check funds for 20% more that the original amount to cover any tip that is left. The amount will pen for 3-5 business days, and will then be authorized for the orginal amount only.
